Curb Butler Service Agreement

Included Services: Curb Butler will roll designated trash and recycling bins to the curb prior to scheduled collection and return designated bins to the approved storage location following pickup.

Customer Responsibilities: Customer must keep bins clearly designated, properly accessible, and located in the agreed dedicated area. All trash, recycling, and debris must be fully contained inside approved bins with lids reasonably closed.

Access Requirements: Customer must maintain a safe, clear, and unobstructed path between the bin storage area and curb. Service may be skipped if access is blocked by vehicles, locked gates, construction materials, pets, snow, ice, flooding, fallen branches, or other unsafe conditions.

Excluded Items: Curb Butler does not handle loose debris, bulk items, hazardous materials, chemicals, construction debris, sharp objects, medical waste, or any material not properly contained in municipal-approved bins.

Weather & Safety: Service may be delayed, modified, or skipped during severe weather, unsafe surface conditions, road closures, or other events outside Curb Butler’s control.

Municipal Collection: Curb Butler is not responsible for missed pickups, schedule changes, holiday changes, rejected bins, or service interruptions caused by municipal haulers or private trash companies.

Vacation Special: Vacation Special service is limited to two uses per calendar year per address unless otherwise approved by Curb Butler.

Billing & Cancellation: Monthly service may be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. Annual service is discounted and non-refundable after the first completed service occurrence unless otherwise approved.

Liability: Curb Butler will exercise reasonable care while performing service. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service period, except where prohibited by law.
